Average delivery time for all our packages:

Order deadline: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Paris).

Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days, delivery Monday to Friday.

Delivery time: 4 to 6 working days, shipping Monday to Friday.

Lost package / Returned package?

In the event of a package being lost or undelivered due to logistical reasons, we will always resend a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Delivery costs

Free Shipping: We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your door for free. No minimum order amount is required.
