Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@jmfleets.ch . Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please send the package by mail and provide us with the tracking number. Standard return address (if confirmed by customer support after receiving your proof of purchase):

Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@jmfleets.ch .
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges as such. To get what you want quickly, we recommend returning the item in your possession. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a new separate purchase for the item you want.
14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for full refund
Free/promotional items are not eligible for a cash refund. If the return conditions mentioned above are met and the return is approved, you will receive a voucher.
